Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Polyfunded website, checkout flows, accounts, sports prediction challenges, virtual balances, review process, and related support. Paid challenge enrollment is also subject to the final challenge brief and checkout terms presented before payment.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting the website, creating an account, joining a waitlist or preregistration flow, purchasing a challenge, using a dashboard, submitting picks, contacting support, or otherwise using Polyfunded, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced from them.
If you do not agree, do not use the site, create an account, purchase a challenge, or participate in any Polyfunded activity. If a separate written challenge brief conflicts with a public summary, the final challenge brief controls for that paid enrollment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher, and legally able to enter these terms. The site and challenges are not intended for minors.
You are responsible for confirming that your use of Polyfunded is lawful where you live or access the service. Global checkout access does not mean every feature, reward review, payment method, or challenge path is available or lawful in every jurisdiction.
Polyfunded may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by law, compliance review, payment-provider requirements, platform integrity concerns, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or operational limits.
Account responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.
Each user may maintain only one Polyfunded account unless Polyfunded gives written permission. Accounts, dashboards, challenge access, reward eligibility, and review status are personal and may not be sold, rented, shared, assigned, sublicensed, or transferred.
If you suspect unauthorized account access, contact support immediately. Polyfunded may lock, reset, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear compromised, shared, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Service model and products
Polyfunded provides structured sports prediction challenges for skill measurement, discipline, and entertainment. Challenges use virtual balances, written rules, performance targets, loss limits, pick controls, activity requirements, and review standards.
The current public product path covered by these terms is the 1-Step Challenge. It is a single Evaluation with published targets, loss limits, pick requirements, an account review, and Reward Stage conditions shown before enrollment.
No instant-funding product is described or offered by these terms. Any claim that Polyfunded provides immediate funded access without completing the 1-Step Evaluation and review is not part of the current Polyfunded offer unless Polyfunded publishes a separate written addendum.
No sportsbook, wagering, or investment service
Polyfunded is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling operator, betting exchange, broker, investment adviser, financial institution, or wagering service. Polyfunded does not accept, facilitate, process, place, or settle wagers of any kind.
Challenge balances, profit points, progress metrics, dashboards, targets, and simulated results are virtual measurement tools only. They are not deposits, stored value, withdrawal balances, betting bankrolls, securities accounts, investment accounts, or money held for you.
Sports odds, lines, scores, event data, or market references may be used to calculate simulated outcomes. They are provided for challenge measurement and realism, not as an invitation to place real-money bets through Polyfunded.
1-Step Challenge
The 1-Step Challenge is a single-evaluation sports prediction challenge. Public summaries describe $2K, $5K, and $10K virtual balances with a +30% Evaluation target, 10% daily loss, 15% max loss, at least 25 picks sized 1-5%, no maximum duration, and review before Reward Stage approval.
A 1-Step Evaluation is not complete merely because the target appears reached. The account remains subject to valid-pick review, loss-limit review, pick-requirement review, data integrity review, payment review, and any other rules in the final challenge brief.
Reward Stage access and rewards are subject to the published terms and account review. They are not guaranteed, automatic, or owed where the account fails review, breaches rules, contains invalid picks, is tied to misconduct, or is otherwise ineligible under the applicable brief.
Reward Stage
Public summaries describe 1-Step plans from $89 with no maximum duration, a +30% Evaluation target, 10% daily loss, 15% max loss, at least 25 picks sized 1-5%, and a 70% participant profit share in the Reward Stage under written terms.
Additional rules may include pick eligibility, parlay limits, inactivity, consistency, review timing, prohibited conduct, and disqualification events. Those details are governed by the final challenge brief shown before enrollment.
Passing the Evaluation target does not by itself create a right to profit, funding, payout, account continuation, future access, or reward approval. The full 1-Step record must pass review under the written rules.
Challenge briefs and rule hierarchy
Public pages, pricing cards, FAQs, promotional copy, emails, screenshots, and examples are summaries. They help explain the model but do not replace the final challenge brief, checkout terms, account dashboard rules, or written support decisions for a specific account.
The final challenge brief may define the Evaluation target, max daily loss, max loss, pick ranges, minimum picks, inactivity rules, event eligibility, parlay limits, odds handling, void or cancelled events, grading method, consistency rules, data-provider treatment, review timing, Reward Stage conditions, and disqualification events.
You are responsible for reading the final challenge brief before payment and before submitting picks. Continuing after updated rules are presented may require accepting those updated rules.
Purchases and payment
Challenge fees are paid through approved checkout and payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Polyfunded and its providers to charge the displayed amount, including any taxes, fees, discounts, or currency treatment shown at checkout.
Prices, challenge availability, coupon codes, payment methods, virtual balance sizes, launch status, and promotions may change. A purchase covers the specific challenge path, tier, virtual balance selection, and access described at checkout; it does not create unlimited access, recurring rights, or rights to a different challenge.
If a payment is incomplete, reversed, flagged, suspected of fraud, or not matched to the correct order amount, Polyfunded may delay, suspend, or cancel account access until the issue is resolved.
Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
Refund terms are governed by the final checkout and challenge terms shown before enrollment. Because challenge access is a digital product and account preparation may begin after purchase, fees are generally not refundable once access, account preparation, preregistration benefits, or challenge materials are delivered, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Polyfunded.
Failing a challenge, missing a target, breaching a rule, choosing the wrong tier, changing your mind, failing to start on time, account suspension, or dissatisfaction with results does not by itself create a refund right.
If you believe there is a billing error, contact support before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension, challenge failure, reward hold, collection of amounts owed, and refusal of future service, subject to applicable law.
Rewards and review outcomes
All reward language is conditional. Reward Stage access, split calculations, account continuation, and any related outcome require full compliance with the applicable challenge brief and successful review by Polyfunded.
Polyfunded may withhold, reduce, deny, delay, or cancel a reward or advancement if review identifies rule breaches, invalid picks, suspicious activity, account sharing, payment problems, prohibited conduct, data integrity issues, identity issues, or other eligibility failures.
No statement on the website, in marketing, in support messages, or in dashboard previews guarantees challenge success, future performance, account approval, reward payment, split payment, launch timing, or continued availability of any product.
Permitted use and user conduct
You may use Polyfunded only for lawful, personal, non-transferable participation in the sports prediction challenge products made available to you. You must act honestly, submit only your own picks, and follow all written challenge rules.
You may not use Polyfunded to break the law, evade legal restrictions, promote unlawful gambling, impersonate another person, provide false information, harass others, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attack systems, upload malicious code, scrape protected content, or misuse support channels.
You may not sell access, pool accounts, transfer reward eligibility, use another person's account, allow another person to control your account, or coordinate behavior that defeats individual skill measurement.
Prohibited challenge practices
The following conduct may result in challenge failure, reward denial, account restriction, or termination: multi-accounting, collusion, group coverage schemes, coordinated opposite positions, hedging against external accounts, automated pick entry, scripts, bots, high-frequency abuse, latency exploitation, duplicate or repetitive picks designed to game the rules, and exploiting platform bugs or data-provider issues.
You may not use inside information, manipulated event data, fake identity details, unauthorized devices, device farms, emulators, VPN or proxy abuse, payment fraud, or other methods intended to bypass security, eligibility, geographic, account, or review controls.
Trying to find technical loopholes in a challenge is not a valid strategy. Polyfunded may evaluate the substance and pattern of activity, not only whether a user can point to a narrow reading of one line of a public summary.
Fraud prevention and verification
Polyfunded may monitor account activity, login patterns, device signals, payment signals, pick timing, event choices, risk patterns, data anomalies, support behavior, and other information needed to protect the platform and evaluate compliance.
Polyfunded may request identity, age, location, payment authorization, account-control, or other verification before or after enrollment, before reward review, during a dispute, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to cooperate truthfully may result in restriction, challenge failure, reward denial, or termination.
Where appropriate and lawful, Polyfunded may share information with payment processors, hosting and security providers, analytics providers, support tools, law enforcement, regulators, sports integrity bodies, or related service providers to prevent fraud, enforce these terms, or protect the platform.
Third-party services and data
Polyfunded may rely on third-party providers for payments, ecommerce, email, analytics, hosting, security, sports data, odds data, scores, grading, and operational tooling. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Sports data, odds, lines, scores, event status, voided events, grading, and timing may contain errors, delays, gaps, provider changes, or corrections. Polyfunded may correct challenge records, delay review, void affected picks, or apply the written challenge brief when data issues affect an account.
Polyfunded is not responsible for third-party outages, payment-provider decisions, card issuer decisions, wallet provider issues, email delivery failures, data-provider errors, or internet and device problems outside its reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The Polyfunded website, brand, logos, designs, copy, dashboards, challenge formats, pricing presentation, software, content, videos, images, trade names, and related materials are owned by Polyfunded or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own permitted challenge participation. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, frame, or exploit Polyfunded content or systems without written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, testimonials, or non-confidential comments you provide may be used by Polyfunded without compensation or restriction, subject to applicable privacy rules.
Communications and marketing
By creating an account, joining a preregistration flow, purchasing a challenge, or contacting support, you agree to receive service communications related to account access, challenge briefs, payment status, reviews, support, security, terms updates, and operational notices.
Where permitted by law and your consent settings, Polyfunded may send marketing or product update emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe or preference path when available. Transactional and service messages may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
Availability, changes, and termination
Polyfunded may update, pause, remove, rename, replace, limit, or discontinue products, features, virtual balance sizes, challenge paths, pricing, payment options, rules, data providers, dashboards, or promotional offers at any time, subject to any specific written commitments for an existing paid challenge.
Polyfunded may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail verification, abuse support, create risk for the platform, violate challenge rules, submit false information, initiate unsupported chargebacks, or engage in conduct Polyfunded reasonably considers harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Termination or suspension caused by your breach does not entitle you to a refund, reward, phase continuation, data export, or account reinstatement unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Polyfunded.
Disclaimers
Polyfunded provides the website, content, dashboards, and challenges on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Polyfunded does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free data, particular results, account approval, reward approval, or future product availability.
Content on this site is not financial, gambling, betting, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, legal compliance, device security, internet access, payment method, and account activity.
Past simulated performance, dashboard examples, marketing examples, user stories, or successful challenge outcomes are not reliable indicators of future results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyfunded and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, challenges, data, payments, reviews, or account access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyfunded's total liability for any claim related to a paid challenge is limited to the amount you paid Polyfunded for the specific challenge giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only to the extent lawful.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Polyfunded and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the service, false information, unlawful conduct, infringement of rights, payment disputes, or challenge-rule violations.
Disputes and support-first process
If you have a question about billing, access, challenge review, rules, or account status, contact support@polyfunded.com first so the issue can be investigated against the relevant order, account, and challenge brief.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Polyfunded may seek urgent or equitable relief in any appropriate forum to protect platform integrity, confidential systems, intellectual property, payment flows, or users.
Changes to these terms
Polyfunded may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated by email, dashboard notice, checkout notice, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of the site or service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept an update, stop using Polyfunded and contact support about any existing paid challenge.
Entire agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, final challenge brief, checkout terms, account dashboard rules, and written support decisions for a specific account make up the applicable agreement between you and Polyfunded for the service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure by Polyfunded to enforce a provision once does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
