Challenge risk

A 1-Step Challenge attempt can fail if the user misses the target, exceeds daily or max loss limits, violates pick or inactivity requirements, submits picks outside the rules, fails consistency or pick-size standards, or otherwise fails the applicable brief.

A target appearing reached in a dashboard does not guarantee phase approval, reward approval, split approval, or continued access. Results remain subject to full review, valid-pick checks, data integrity checks, payment review, account review, and compliance review.

Fees, rewards, advancement, split treatment, and review outcomes are governed by the final terms shown before enrollment and the account-specific challenge brief.

Simulated balances

Simulated balances, profit points, virtual balance sizes, dashboards, and challenge metrics are accounting units for challenge evaluation. They are not deposited user funds, stored value, sportsbook balances, brokerage accounts, investment accounts, or money held for you.

Virtual balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, wagered, or treated as a betting bankroll. Challenge fees are paid for access to a virtual evaluation product, not as deposits or stakes.

No guaranteed outcome

No statement on the site guarantees acceptance, launch timing, challenge success, phase advancement, funded status, reward payment, profit split, future performance, or continued availability of any product.

Past performance, example dashboards, marketing examples, user stories, or successful challenge outcomes should not be relied on as a promise of future results.

Virtual product boundaries

Polyfunded uses virtual balances and does not accept wagers, operate as a sportsbook, provide a betting wallet, custody user funds, or offer financial, betting, gambling, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Sports odds, scores, lines, and event data may be used to simulate challenge outcomes. Third-party data can be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or disputed, and Polyfunded may correct records, void affected picks, or delay review under the applicable brief.

Polyfunded may modify, restrict, pause, or decline access based on compliance, payment, location, support, account-integrity, data-integrity, or operational review.

Conduct and compliance risk

Multi-accounting, account sharing, collusion, automated entry, false identity information, payment abuse, sanctions evasion, VPN or proxy abuse, bug exploitation, data manipulation, or other prohibited conduct can lead to challenge failure, reward denial, account termination, and refusal of future service.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable law and for confirming that their location, payment method, and use of Polyfunded are permitted. Supported country access may change without notice when law, sanctions, payment-provider rules, or internal compliance policies change.
