Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This policy explains the information Polyfunded collects through the website, contact forms, checkout flows, preregistration, accounts, challenge access, support, compliance review, and related service providers.
Information we collect
Contact, preregistration, account, checkout, and support forms may collect your name, email address, billing details, country, selected challenge, support messages, marketing preferences, and consent to receive service updates.
Checkout and account flows may collect payment method indicators, order identifiers, coupon use, tax or billing details, selected 1-Step account or virtual balance, and payment status. Polyfunded does not intentionally store full card numbers.
Challenge and account systems may process login activity, dashboard activity, picks submitted, virtual balance metrics, review status, rule-breach flags, reward review information, and support history.
The site may also receive technical and compliance information such as IP address, approximate location signals, browser, device, referrer, cookies or similar identifiers, request logs, fraud signals, and security events through hosting, analytics, payment, and security providers.
How information is used
We use information to provide the website, prepare challenge access, process checkout, send challenge briefs, manage accounts, review 1-Step activity, evaluate Reward Stage eligibility, respond to support, and send service communications.
We use operational, technical, and compliance information to secure the site, prevent fraud, enforce Terms of Service, screen restricted access, debug issues, improve the product, measure marketing performance, and comply with legal, tax, payment, sanctions, and regulatory obligations.
Where permitted, we may use contact and purchase information to send product updates, launch updates, challenge announcements, and marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe path is available.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, sanctions or compliance screening, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, customer communication, challenge operations, and security. This may include providers such as Stripe, WooCommerce-related services, Klaviyo, analytics tools, hosting providers, and security providers.
We may disclose information when required or appropriate to comply with law, enforce our terms, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or abuse, protect users or the platform, process payment disputes, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
We do not sell customer information.
Cookies and analytics
Polyfunded may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics scripts, attribution tools, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance, understand traffic sources, support checkout, and improve marketing.
Browser or device settings may let you limit certain cookies or tracking technologies, but blocking them may affect checkout, account access, attribution, or site functionality.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and order records, support challenge review, comply with legal and payment obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent fraud, and maintain security logs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, payment flow, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Polyfunded may process information in countries other than where you live, including through service providers that operate globally. Laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your location.
By using Polyfunded, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where Polyfunded or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Choices
You can ask to access, update, correct, or remove customer information by contacting support. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, or challenge-review reasons.
Email communications may include an unsubscribe or preference path when available. Transactional, account, security, payment, and legal notices may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
Marketing email
Popup, contact, and paid checkout email captures may be sent to Klaviyo so Polyfunded can send challenge updates and marketing email. Paid checkout customers may be added to the marketing list after payment confirmation.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe or preference path when available.
