Supported Countries Policy

Global virtual access

Polyfunded is designed as a virtual sports prediction challenge platform. Subject to this policy, the Terms of Service, payment-provider availability, and compliance review, Polyfunded may be accessible to users in many countries.

Global virtual access does not guarantee that every challenge, payment method, promotion, reward review, or account feature is available in every location. Access may be blocked, delayed, reviewed, or terminated where required by law or platform policy.

Restricted jurisdictions

Polyfunded does not support access, accounts, purchases, rewards, or other services in or involving jurisdictions where service would be prohibited or restricted by sanctions, embargoes, export controls, payment-provider rules, or internal compliance policy.

Restricted jurisdictions may include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and any other country, territory, or region subject to comprehensive or relevant sanctions by authorities such as OFAC, the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, or similar bodies.

Higher-risk or sanctions-relevant locations may also be blocked or require enhanced review, including Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Transnistria, or any place later added to applicable sanctions or compliance lists.

Restricted people and organizations

Polyfunded does not provide services to sanctioned persons or entities, people acting on behalf of sanctioned parties, known fraud or money-laundering actors, terrorist organizations, people associated with financial crime, previously banned users, or organizations that create unacceptable legal or platform-integrity risk.

Restrictions apply regardless of where a person is physically located. A person outside a restricted country may still be blocked if they are sanctioned, acting for a sanctioned party, using prohibited payment methods, hiding a restricted location, or failing compliance review.

User responsibility

By using Polyfunded, you represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction, are not ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction where access is prohibited, are not using the service on behalf of a restricted or sanctioned party, and are not using Polyfunded to violate sanctions, export controls, gambling laws, payment rules, or other applicable law.

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply where you live, where you access Polyfunded, and where your payment method is issued. Polyfunded cannot provide legal advice about your personal eligibility.

Verification and enforcement

Polyfunded may use account information, billing details, IP signals, device signals, payment-provider responses, identity checks, location checks, sanctions screening, support history, and other compliance signals to evaluate access.

Polyfunded may request additional documentation, delay review, block checkout, cancel access, suspend an account, deny a reward, refuse future service, or report activity where required by law if a location, identity, payment method, or activity cannot be verified to compliance standards.

Attempts to evade location or sanctions controls, including false information, proxy or VPN abuse, account sharing, payment masking, or use of another person's account, may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

Policy updates

Sanctions, embargoes, export controls, payment rules, and geopolitical conditions can change quickly. Polyfunded may update this policy, add or remove restricted locations, or change access rules without prior notice where required for legal, compliance, payment-provider, or platform-integrity reasons.
